ExtJS / Sencha
The Javascript framework ExtJS (today incorporated into the Sencha family) is an essential constituent of countless web applications with extended user interface and it was used to realize the front-end of administrative application of platform Cloudia as well. We could say that it is this very platform that brings the greatest advantage of our whole platform; that is, comfortable user interface. It is a large framework, which offers tools and techniques previously known only from desktop applications. Drag&drop tools, omnipresent content filtering and adaptability of the graphic interface, together with its natural exquisiteness and high effectiveness contribute to its comfort. The user is no longer limited by common restrictions and imperfection of web interfaces.
Concerning the amount of transferred data, it is a very economic solution. When you repeatedly load a web page (including a web page of a competing system with administrative interface), large quantities of needless data (various data encapsulation, page mark-up, etc.) are downloaded; on the other hand, in our solution, only pure data is transferred and its visual representation is created on the client side.
